The story
About the band
The Captain Midnight Band formed in New Orleans in 2002 and now calls Nashville home. Their sound is what they call "Waterbed Rock & Roll."
They have shared bills with Dark Star Orchestra, The String Cheese Incident, Goose and Billy Strings, and played FloydFest, Hulaween and Summer Fest. They have five full-length releases and put out five singles in 2025, with "Close to Letting Go" and "Jug of Wine" arriving in 2026.
